Shipping policy

Shipping is available in ITALY (including islands), with the following exclusions: Vatican City, San Marino, Campione d’Italia, and Canton Ticino; and in Austria, Germany, Slovenia, France, Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal (except Azores and Madeira), Spain (except Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla), Croatia, Finland, Sweden, Greece, Poland, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and Romania.

What are the times?

Keepup Società Benefit s.r.l. ships by express courier, which has always offered a fast and guaranteed service.

The average order processing times are 2-5 working days, but delivery times may vary due to force majeure such as weather conditions and strikes.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, national holidays, delivering the products to the address specified at the time of ordering.

Indicatively, the courier makes deliveries in 1-2 working days.

It is possible to pick up your order at the point of sale within 7 working days of the Order confirmation email. The store is open from Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 7.30 pm. Remember to bring an identity document and the order number with you. You can have the order picked up by whoever you want with a proxy and the delegate must have his own valid identity document, a copy of the identity document of the Buyer or the recipient of the order depending on the case and the Order number.

Delivery costs?

The Shipping costs of the Products will be expressly and separately indicated (in Euros and including VAT) in the Order and in the Order Confirmation.

Deliveries are free for total orders equal to or greater than €100.00 (VAT included).

If the total order amount is less than €100.00 (VAT included), the following fixed rates apply:

  • a fixed fee of €6.90 (VAT included) for Italy

  • a fixed fee of €14.90 (VAT included) for Austria, Germany, Slovenia, France, Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal (except Azores and Madeira), Spain (except Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla), Croatia, Finland, Sweden, Greece, Poland, Slovakia

  • a fixed fee of €26.90 (VAT included) for Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and Romania
